Pier 1 Geelong

The check in process was very frustrating and difficult. The address was not given until a couple of hours before I arrived. The access to property was very difficult as they were not able to give info or have anyone meet me. The key was left in a very unsafe location. Finally with access we struggled with parking underground and ended up scraping our car. Next we got in the lift but were unable to make it work. If it had not been for a resident we wouldn’t have located our room as the floor number was different than floor. When we finally got in the room there was no printed instructions about the WiFi code etc. Finally with help of manager we were able to log in. Although this was frustrating the accommodation was nice and much was in walking distance. We did enjoy our stay.
