This is a beautiful 2 BR/ 2 BA condo (approximately 1000 square feet) in the heart of downtown Seattle. Stay 1 block from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum. Stroll just a handful of blocks to the Seattle Convention Center, shopping and the Monorail (which will take you to the Seattle Center, the Space Needle and Seattle’s Experience Music Project).

Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Puget Sound from every room as well as your private patio. This 12th floor unit underwent and extensive remodel just four years ago. It was professionally decorated in a modern style with comfort in mind.

You really can’t find a better location when visiting this city. You will be approximately 30 minutes from the SeaTac Airport, about 5 minutes from the train station and mere blocks from the Downtown Seattle Ferry dock and Interstate 5.

Minimum 1 week stay.

You will be about 15 to 20 minutes drive time from nearly all of central Seattle’s main attractions including the Seattle Center, the Aquarium, Seattle’s Arboretum, the Woodland Park Zoo, Lake Union, Green Lake, Lake Washington and the Ballard Locks just to name a few. Drive just another 20 minutes to the Cascade mountains for skiing, camping, rafting, hiking, etc.

Other amenities include 1 secure garage parking stall (additional parking available), a rooftop patio with barbecue, an indoor pool, gym and business center.

Just walk out your door to find some of Seattle’s finest restaurants, cafes and nightlife.

Great immersive experience

The property manager, Traci, was very accommodating to our late arrival schedule. Our first impression was of the view out the window when my wife and I both exclaimed that this was the first time we had a view that looked EXACTLY like the photos on the site.

The location of the property allows for a great immersive city experience as you are close to both tourist attractions and also the heart of downtown. We arrived at the beginning of the summer season so it was a little warm at times in condo during the odd times that we were there during the day, but the windows allowed plenty of ventilation and the temperature would quickly cool down during evening hours.

The condo was clean and fully stocked, as far a condo rentals go, with plenty of the trivial necessities for cooking, cleaning etc. While we mostly ate out, the fact that a Target was directly below us was extremely convenient. Just be advised that traffic noise will be an issue for those that want absolute quiet in the event you stay during the summer. But the place was reasonably quiet for a downtown stay when we had the windows closed.

Stayed 7 nights and had a very positive experience. Will stay again!

Prior to booking this property, I read several reviews. I also had several questions for Traci, the FABULOUS property manager who responded promptly, positively. Her upbeat attitude & willingness to help with anything were greatly appreciated. We arrived rather late from the East Coast & were greeted warmly by the owner who couldn't have been more accomodating with our late night schedule.

Upon entering the condo, we couldn't believe our eyes & the view!! The lights of the Public Market & ferris wheel would have been enough, until we woke up the next morning to stunning views of the bay, mountains, & a city bustling with activity! The views are beyond words!!

The condo provided EVERYTHING we needed & more. The convenience of a washer/dryer coupled with the free parking spot added to the awesome experience. The condo was spotless, linens were of great quality (& plentiful). The kitchen was well stocked - it took twice as long to prepare a meal because I couldn't stop staring out the windows! We loved the honor system with wine, beer, etc. - use what's there but replace it.

The location is perfect. We walked everywhere! There's a grocery store a block away which was fabulous! The front desk staff are very welcoming, helpful, & so so nice. Restaurants are plentiful & fresh flowers from the Public Market brightened up the condo. The condo was a hub for my family who live in Seattle. We'd meet at the condo then explore the city. We enjoyed happy hour(s) in the comfy chairs while watching the constant motion of ferrys, freighters, tourists all around us. Never a dull moment.

I highly recommend this beautiful Seattle condo. Our experience from beginning to end was pleasant to say the least - we were there over a week & had NO RAIN. Thank you for welcoming us to Seattle. We'll be back.

Stunning!

We arrived after a delayed and tiring flight, but this meant we arrived at sunset, and walking into the apartment we saw straight onto the bay with the sun setting in the background. It was a great first impression! our whole stay was enjoyable. The apartment is very modern, has everything you may need. it's in a perfect location and we tended to walk everywhere, even though there are a few free buses around. We used the pool and the gym, which were a great addition. The owner was so kind in arranging it all, it was a real delight booking this apartment. We also loved the wine cabinet! All in all a great place to stay, and will recommend it to anyone going to Seattle!

Located in a GREAT location downtown, it is close to everthing - Pike Market Place, the major downtown shopping centers, restaurants, museums, Monorail, Bus and Rail Stations. It also has FANTASTIC views over the Puget Sound Bay and on a clear day you can see amazing views of the Olympic Mountains. The apartment is of a high standard and quality, and has everything one needs incl. parking bay, internet access, swimming pool and gym access, a business center with free I-NET Access and printer, etc. And if you are lacking in something, the owner is very helpful in meeting/ accommodating your reasonable requests. Despite being located downtown with all the traffic and noise (outside), the apartment is clean and quiet (inside). The concierge is also very friendly and remembers who stays in the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment and will come back to stay when we are in Seattle next. - From 2 couples from Germany.

great view

This condo has a great view. It has wonderful flooring in the living room., and a nice wine fridge. The second queen bed is a fold out sofa. The bed linens need updating and the towels are in pretty bad shape. There is not much in the way of dishes and glassware, minimal odds and ends. There is no tv in the shared space so you have to go to a bedroom to watch the news. The owner is very responsive and cares a lot about the property, but it definitely has a bachelor pad vibe. Great potential with some sprucing up.. new pillows a must!
