Outdoor Space: Deck and patio with outdoor kitchen, lots of seating and propane grill. Back yard and driveway.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, large private bathroom with custom shower.

Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed and full bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.

Near downtown Bentonville square, 21C Art Hotel, movie theatre, pubs, Crystal Bridges and the Razorback Greenway.

Please note access to the garage is NOT included. There is also an office and closet that will be locked. Other than that the entire house is yours.

The Neighborhood:
Nice quiet neighborhood with extra large lots. House is on a dead end street.

Getting Around:
Our beautiful Custom home is located 1.5 miles from downtown Bentonville with convenient access to the trail system, I49 and Crystal Bridges Museum.

Other Things to Note:
- No smoking

- PETS - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces

- If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.
