Beautiful apartment, great location

Stayed here with three teenagers (family of five) for 5 nights in July. San Diego hotels are very expensive and for us it's always a much better value to rent an apartment. This place was perfect for us; well equipped, washer dryer, great neighborhood. We walked to the zoo, the marina, and Little Italy, and to restaurants in the area, and it was a 5 minute cab ride downtown. The property was very clean and well maintained. We were very late arriving due to traffic in Los Angeles. We received a call the evening of our check in to see if everything was ok, if we had been able to access the property easily, and to let us know about something minor that needed to be repaired, which was very considerate and we really appreciated it. Would definitely stay there again.

Owner's Response: We feel it is important to communicate well with our guests every step of the way from the initial inquiry through checkout. Our goal is to ensure they have an amazing experience and enjoy their "home away from home". If there are issues/repairs, we always try to fix them quickly with minimal disruption. We had to fix something and wasn't able to complete it prior to their arrival. WE notified them immediately so they knew prior to arrival and got it resolved quickly. We feel open and honest communication is key to a great experience!

excellent location, clean, extras

We feel we had the perfect place as our base for our San Diego adventure, so easy to get on and off the major highways and the view of the harbor was incredible. It has been awhile since we New Orleanians could sit outside on a balcony and enjoy the clean fresh air. The little extras like a small ice crest, beach towels and the availability of a washer and dryer were assets that other apartments often do not include. Thanks for offering an incredible base for our vacation. Would readily recommend you to others and was most appreciative of the speed you took care of the problem bed. Those men fixed it speedily and well so the problem should not arise again. Thanks again.

Pefectly decorated and well maintained. The pictures are current and you couldnt find a nice place with so many amenities. The pre arrival and checkin instructions were effortless and the Management Company does a good job of sending maps, attractions and instructions in advance. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many area atractions, but take advantage of the balconey view of the city and harbor, perfect for just sitting outside! Will definatelty be back!!

Great place to stay for business and pleasure.

I needed to be in San Diego for business. I normally stay at a convention hotel in downtown. This was a great alternative to a big hotel, and less expensive as well. The location was convenient, safe and quiet neighborhood and much more comfortable than a hotel. Great location, easy and free parking all around. It was as comfortable as staying at home for a business trip! Comfy beds, clean, wifi, everything I needed to be relaxed for a week. I will try it again for business as well as for a fun vacation spot.

Beautiful, clean and modern accommodations.

My family had an amazing stay here. The location is fantastic... just outside of Little Italy. The proximity to this area was so beneficial as we spent more than our share of time visiting the coffee shops in the morning and returning for some GREAT dinners.

What we really loved about the location is that you are in a cozy residential neighborhood, nestled into the hills overlooking downtown San Diego and the airport. It's such a welcome and comforting change from the typical hotel stay.

The home itself is very tastefully decorated and it's obvious the owners take great pride in the property. We had our two sons with us and they absolutely loved sitting and laying on all the cool furniture in the home!!!

We will definitely definitely definitely be back.

My husband and I arrived at this property and were absolutely blown away. The owners did an amazing job with the decor, and the location was excellent. We basically walked everywhere, and enjoyed morning coffee (provided) and afternoon sunsets from the deck with a great view of downtown and the harbor. Michelle was extremely helpful from our very first inquiry, to the time we checked out. She even accommodated us late one night when we had an issue with the TV, and although we were happy to have it fixed the next morning, she insisted on sending her maintenance person over the same night (11pm). We travel extensively and this was one of the most professionally run vacation rentals we've ever been to. We will definitely be back!
