The home is located on the second level, and has a wonderful open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, bright living room, high-end kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and stylish modern decor throughout the home.

It was more like being at home!

The house was great! It was really nice being able to do some cooking. The location worked well for us and it really felt like being in a home rather than a hotel. We usually come into San Diego 2 times a year and we will use your homes again.

Owner's Response: Choosing a vacation rental over a home is a difficult decision, especially if you have never stayed in a vacation rental. The main benefits are more space, full kitchens, and experience. There are many choices and not all rentals offer the same amenities or quality. Fantastic, great owners

This was our second time staying at a Rental With A View property, and we will certainly be back again. Michelle, the owner, is fantastic to work with, and we had such a lovely, relaxing time. Greta location, close to everything. The walk to the trolley (train) station is about 10 minutes. Our young children loved watching the planes come in for a landing, but the closed windows kept the apartment very quiet. Highly recommended property and owner.

Beautiful apartment, great location

Stayed here with three teenagers (family of five) for 5 nights in July. San Diego hotels are very expensive and for us it's always a much better value to rent an apartment. This place was perfect for us; well equipped, washer dryer, great neighborhood. We walked to the zoo, the marina, and Little Italy, and to restaurants in the area, and it was a 5 minute cab ride downtown. The property was very clean and well maintained. We were very late arriving due to traffic in Los Angeles. We received a call the evening of our check in to see if everything was ok, if we had been able to access the property easily, and to let us know about something minor that needed to be repaired, which was very considerate and we really appreciated it. Would definitely stay there again.

Owner's Response: We feel it is important to communicate well with our guests every step of the way from the initial inquiry through checkout. Our goal is to ensure they have an amazing experience and enjoy their "home away from home". If there are issues/repairs, we always try to fix them quickly with minimal disruption. We had to fix something and wasn't able to complete it prior to their arrival. WE notified them immediately so they knew prior to arrival and got it resolved quickly. We feel open and honest communication is key to a great experience!

excellent location, clean, extras

We feel we had the perfect place as our base for our San Diego adventure, so easy to get on and off the major highways and the view of the harbor was incredible. It has been awhile since we New Orleanians could sit outside on a balcony and enjoy the clean fresh air. The little extras like a small ice crest, beach towels and the availability of a washer and dryer were assets that other apartments often do not include. Thanks for offering an incredible base for our vacation. Would readily recommend you to others and was most appreciative of the speed you took care of the problem bed. Those men fixed it speedily and well so the problem should not arise again. Thanks again.
