Newly renovated, modern two (2) bedrooms apartment, located in a 'real NY' neighborhood called the Upper West Side. Only 2 blocks from Central Park, and near many museums, Lincoln Center and Times Square. The 1/2/3 subway(metro) are only half a block away, so you can affordable travel anywhere in the city in less than 15 minutes (Times Square is only about a 5-minute subway ride away).

First bedroom has: 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed. Second bedroom has: 1 queen size bed. A large living room with a queen size sofa bed and twin size sofa bed. If needed a small crib(Pack & Play) supplied also.

Full size bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

Apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or extended stay. 42” flat screen T.V, cables, wireless Internet(WiFi), DVD player, iron, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, dishwasher, pots/pans, linens, bedding, towels, shampoo, soap, etc. Air conditioning and heat through out the apartment.

The Upper West Side serves as a great home base for visitors looking for an authentic New York City experience. Primarily a residential neighborhood, it provides an escape from the chaos of Midtown and other heavily tourist areas. The area is famous for lovely tree-lined streets and brownstone buildings. It is a great neighborhood for shopping, especially at gourmet stores, like Zabar's and Fairway and is a train hop away from the shops at Columbus Circle.

This particular stretch of Amsterdam Avenue has an amazing diversification of affordable (i.e. non-touristy) but excellent restaurants, with foods ranging from Cuban to Vietnamese to sushi to steakhouses.

The neighborhood is completely safe to walk at any time during day and night.

***The subway station is on 96th street and Broadway, the #1/2/3 trains.

We stayed in the apartment in the month of October 2014
We are family of 5 and we found the place very convince
The neighborhood is very safe to walk 24 hours and you can find everything you need nearby The subway is 2 min walk and very convenience for touring Manhattan
If you look for Jewish amenities. you can find plenty of synagogues and kosher food
Check in and out was very flexible and just on time thanks to the owner
We will definitely rent it again in our future stay in NY

Great apartment, great location

We stayed here for a girls weekend away (with kids). The entire process was very easy with Ari, we arrived and were able to get right in at 3 pm. The subway was litteraly right around the corner and a 5 minute ride to Times Square (quicker if you took the express). The neighborhood was very safe and quiet and full of restaurants, deli's & shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitley stay here again! Thank you Ari!

A Great Find In The Upper West Side

We travel to NYC every 2 years to visit family, but this is the first time we tried renting an apartment instead of staying at the hotel. Besides the enormous savings, one of the best parts about this option is having the feeling of living there. This 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our family (2 adults, 2 children - 14 yo and 10 yo). Although it shows some wear and tear, the apartment was clean and quite comfortable. I particularly liked how the two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, as we do have some snorers in our brood! The weather was typical for July - quite hot and muggy, but the two air conditioning units (one in the front bedroom and one in the family room), kept the entire apartment comfortably cool. We had issues with the wifi and the owner was patient with our repeated texts as well as responsive. Within a couple of days, the issue was resolved. My only 2 complaints, which I'm sure the owners would have resolved had I asked, were that we could have used a lot more towels and top sheets instead of comforters on the beds. Keep in mind that this apartment is on the 3rd floor and it's a walk up. The neighborhood is extremely safe.
The location of the apartment was perfect: Delicious gelato on the corner (with dairy free option, yay!), excellent delis within a 2 block radius, seriously delicious pizza 1/2 block away, and a couple blocks from Central Park. For anything further, the 96th Metro stop is within a couple of blocks.
We plan on staying again at this apartment in a couple of years when we return.

A great apartment in a great location. Four girlfriends stayed here for an extended weekend. The owner was in touch with me periodically and promptly answered any questions that I had prior to arrival. We arrived to an extremely clean and inviting apartment. There was plenty of space so that each of us could have our own bed. Excellent restaurants surrounding the apartment - Indian, Sushi, Chinese, Vietnamese, Italian, American - you name it. Subway is literally around the corner - 1 block - as well as a convenience store & Starbucks. A perfect location to get away from the extreme bustle of Chelsea/Midtown, but still feel a part of the action. Quiet at night. Definitely a must stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

What a great apartment. We arrived (family of 5) to a clean and neat apartment. The friendly owners met us upon arrival and gave us a detailed review of the area. The location is fabulous. There are so many restaurants and bars right in the area. We felt very safe all times of the day. The subway is less than a 5 minute walk away. We spent most days sight seeing, but it was great to return to a really nice and quiet apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Ari!

Wonderful Apartment

Clean and recently renovated with a great location. We traveled from Europe, 4 adults, 3 children. The apartment wasn't huge , but met all our needs. The location can not be beat. We could literally walk out the door and find Chinese, Italian , Peruvian cuisine, etc... The owner was very nice and told us where to go and what to see locally. The apartment had been recently renovated, so it was very clean and new. We would definitely recommend this apartment for any family wanting to be in the heart of New York City .
