The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. This is a great house to relax and recharge. Standard rules like no smoking, no partying, and being respectful of the neighbors apply.

Guests have access to the entire living area, the front porch with comfortable seating, the basement game room, and the backyard. The house has everything you need to enjoy Great Barrington, you are only one mile from the main street and the shops, restaurants, and bars.

The large great room has seating for eight, a TV, and plenty of board games and puzzles. Here you can enjoy watching TV in front of the fireplace after a day of exploring The Berkshires. There is a smart TV so you can connect your streaming apps to enjoy your shows.

The well-stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and gas cooking. It has all the necessary appliances plus a dishwasher, to make cleaning up a breeze.

The kitchen has all the cooking/serving necessities including cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. There's also a waffle maker, blender, panini press, hand blender, and a drip coffee pot available for your morning coffee.

The dining room table seats 6 and the bar counter seats another 4.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, one bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower, the master bath has a shower and the lower level has a 1/2 bath.

To help you with sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: upstairs level, 1 queen size bed, and a full size fold out sofa bed
Bedroom 2: upstairs level, 1 queen size bed
Bedroom 3: upstairs level, 1 queen size bed

There is also the option to use a twin-size size mattress in one of the bedrooms in addition to the queen-size bed that is already there. The photos show the possible layouts. This needs to be requested before check-in.

- Workout equipment including a Peloton bike, yoga mat, blocks, and 3, 5, and 8-pound hand weights in the second-floor bedroom.

We have a Nest doorbell camera system on the front door for security.

Guests do NOT have access to the garage space.

We provide propane tanks for $15.00 a tank for the BBQ grill or the propane fire table. This needs to be arranged before checking in. Tank refills are the guests' responsibility.
