If you want to be a part of what's happening in AVL and yet have privacy...this is the place!!! BUZZ on over...to AVL's SWEET...All Day Darling Restaurant just 3 Blocks away! Just 3 minutes from a Happy Tummy w/ White Duck Taco! Enjoy music at AVL's Salvage Station or plays at Montford's Hazel Robinson Amphitheater (both in easy walking distance)!!!

Montford is downtown just North of Merrimon and has wonderful restaurants: Nine Mile, All Day Darling, White Duck Taco and more! You are 5-6 minutes to the River Arts District/Greenway and a plethora of local breweries! The outdoor amphitheater where the Montford Park Players perform is just down the street. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the Salvage Station to listen to live music and have a drink! There are also outdoor tennis courts and indoor table tennis at the nearby Montford Recreation Center. You are 5 to 8 minutes to UNCA, Downtown, the River Arts District, the Grove Park Inn, the Biltmore House, Biltmore Village and easy access to the interstate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, tubing the French Broad River and more!!!
