Welcome to a modern and cozy apartment nestled in the beautiful southern part of Mexico City. With large windows and ample natural light, it is designed to offer both comfort and style, making it the perfect getaway for a couple or a small group. To note: the apartment is on the fourth floor and has no elevator. It is not suitable for wheelchairs or people who cannot climb stairs.
Once the reservation is made the number of guests or days cannot be reduced. A person from our staff will welcome you to give you the access and pick up the key when you leave. The time to do so would be between 8 am and 9 pm. After or before that time, there's an extra fee of $300 MXN. Final cleaning is included in rental price but if you wish to have full housekeeping during your stay, it can be provided for an additional charge of $450 per day. If you need extra towels, pillows or blankets don't hesitate to ask. Laundry service upon request with an extra fee depending on the amount. Please ask with 24 hours in advance. In Mexico City we don’t use heaters neither air conditioner. We recommend you to keep track on weather forecast and make your bags with clothes that will fit better according the weather. Identity cards of all the guests are required by the building’s administration.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils you may need during your stay. You'll have everything at your fingertips to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment includes a laundry center with a washing machine and dryer, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.
