Towel Provision
Our studio and one-bedroom accommodations include three towels and washcloths, while our two-bedroom options provide four of each, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Parking Facility
Included with your reservation is the convenience of parking. We kindly ask that you adhere to any guidelines provided at check-in regarding its use. Please note, KCM Management holds no liability for any potential damages associated with this amenity.

Home Comforts
Once inside, feel free to use anything in the apartment. We've created this space for you to enjoy as your own home in Cleveland. While we do not offer traditional cable TV or streaming subscriptions, each apartment is equipped with a Roku TV, giving you access to popular apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and more. Simply log in with your account and unwind with your favorite shows and movies.

Booking & Checkout
For the integrity of our booking process, we ask that reservations be made under your full legal name.

Departure is scheduled for 11 am, with the gracious offer of a complimentary extension to 11 am, subject to a 24-hour prior request. Should your itinerary require additional time, we can accommodate a late checkout up until 1 pm for an additional fee of $35 per hour.

Occupancy & Gatherings
Our residence adheres to local and state occupancy regulations. It is incumbent upon our guests to observe these guidelines; noncompliance may carry legal implications. We encourage you to review the listed occupancy limitations in relation to the bed count to ensure the accommodation meets your requirements.

In our commitment to providing a serene and undisturbed experience for all, we uphold a strict no-party policy. To monitor and maintain this standard, we employ a discrete noise sensor that measures sound levels without recording, ensuring your privacy and peace of mind.

Arrival & Quiet Hours
Your urban sanctuary is available for entry after 4 pm, accessible via a secure lockbox system to retrieve your keys. We hold the tranquility of our community in high regard and request that you honor the quiet hours established for the peace of all residents. While families with small children are indeed welcome, please note that our home is not specifically childproofed.

Thank you for choosing KCM Mikros Smart Apartments for your stay. To maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our house rules and associated penalties:

1. No Parties

No Party Policy: Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited within our units. Violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500 if evidence of a party is found, along with immediate eviction and potential forfeiture of your security deposit.

2. No Pets

No Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in any of our apartments. Evidence of a guest having a pet(s) on the property will result in a penalty of $200 per pet, potential eviction, and possible loss of the security deposit.

3. Excessive Cleaning Penalties

Excessive Cleaning: Routine cleaning is performed after every checkout. However, leaving the unit excessively dirty will result in a penalty of $50 per hour for additional cleaning requirements beyond the norm.

4. Smoke-Free Environment

5. Guests must complete the online check-in form and sign the rental agreement to receive check-in instructions and access to the apartment.

KCM Mikros Smart Apartments is a smoke-free property. Smoking inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $175 fine.

The above rules are non-negotiable.
