Master Bedroom: Retreat to the primary suite upstairs where you can relax in front of the fireplace, get a full nights sleep on the king size bed or enjoy the private deck. Indulge in the large bathroom with a shower & jetted tub. Featuring two twin roll away beds in a large walk-in closet.

Bedroom Two: Sail into a world of comfort as you enter the second bedroom featuring a king sized bed and full sized day bed along with a Smart TV for streaming. This room has a private door into a shared common bathroom.

Bedroom Three: Prepare for a restful nights sleep in the third bedroom featuring a king size bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom Four: Perfect for your little cubs, you will find the bunk room featuring two bunks, twin on top and queen on bottom. An additional twin trundle bed is under one of the bunks. Featuring en-suite bath and walk- in closet as well. Features a Smart TV for streaming.

Game Room: If your guests go missing, there’s a good chance they settling the score on either the pool table or classic upright arcade game.

Outdoor Space: Sink into pure bliss with our inviting hot tub or grill up your favorite meal out on the deck and enjoy being immersed completely in nature.

Free Big Bear Trolley:

Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.

Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.

Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

Parking Instructions:
Two cars can park in the garage. Two cars can park in driveway in back or roundabout in front. 4 cars allowed.

Lake peekaboo views from kitchen, kitchen nook, patio and master bedroom reading nook.

Amenities for Babies and/or Young children:
Pack n play, high chair, baby gates, dinner ware for kids.

Ironwood Lake View Lodge down the street can be rented in tandem for larger groups/families that want to stay close to each other. Please inquire in the Airbnb for more details.

The city requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property
No smoking inside $3500 plus damages
No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in a severe issue - if a user error or maintenance is refused to verify a spa issue or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up
No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking inside nor butts left behind or dog waste
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
There are no outdoor fires, lighter fluid, coal burning devices, or anything that has its own separate burning device allowed at any time due to fire hazards and $5,000 fines issued by code enforcement. This includes bringing in your own grills or charcoal burning devices and firepits. The home comes equipped with a gas grill please use it as much as you would like.
