This quaint beach cottage is located directly across the street from the beach, at 4841 Estero Blvd. It has a large, beautiful front deck to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathe the day away on, or to relax and watch the evening sunsets from.
Completely remodelled and decorated with new flooring, furnishings, linens and more. The interior has been decorated in the hues and patterns of tropcial South Florida. The main living area of the house is a great room, consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. Relax in the living room, listening to the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoying the views of the beach. Curl up with a good book or watch your favorite shows on the large screen TV or a movie on the DVD player.
Create scrumptous meals in the brand new fully appointed kitchen or cook on the BBQ while enjoying the backyard deck. You'll love the new custom wood cabinets, granite counters, and tile backsplash. High speed DSL and wireless internet access is also available.
The master suite features a queen sized bed, private in room TV and a brand new fully tiled private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own brand new fully tiled private ensuite full bathroom as well. The living room sofa converts to a queen sized sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area for up to two guests.
For those who want to fully relax and have a stress free vacation we offer a full concierge service. Our concierge will handle everything for you from buying groceries, picking up theatre tickets, renting boats, to arranging an in house massage. We also offer special occasion items such as fresh floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner package, etc. Also available is daily housekeeping and turn down service.
Private laundry facilities are located in the lower level.
This home is smoke free and pet free. While we do not allow smoking in the home, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere on our landscaped grounds. No pets of any kind are allowed on the grounds or in the home at any time.
This home is conveniently located within walking distance to almost anything you may want to do or may need. Need groceries, bait for fishing on the beach, want to rent a boat, or enjoy lunch or dinner at a fabulous Italian restaurant? It's all just three properties away! The beach is right across the street from the house, and less than a 30 second walk from the front door of the house.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can walk or ride 7 miles of sugar sand beach, swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Take the trolly to town, less than a 3 miles ride/walk, and enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat, eat at the many local restaurants, or catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars.
Looking for something to do after the beach? Within walking distance you can find a golf course, library, movie theatre, water park, movie rental/video arcade gallery, disc golf course, tennis courts and much more.
