La Aventura is a Unique building with plenty of natural light throughout the home. This duplex Unit #2 has a Private Entrance and the home faces the pool and garden area. This quiet, serene, relaxing duplex is completely separate from from Unit #1. Both units are available to large groups or large families (Please view Unit 1 listing # 3707652). This vacation home is located on the north end of South Padre Island and it is close to several restaurants and beach bars. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a counter height bar with 2 stools. Washer and Dryer are included. The modern style kitchen flows to the spacious dining and living area. The living area has a large flat 60 inch HDTV TV and a 12 foot sectional than can be used to sleep additional guests. The second level includes a spacious master suite with king size bed and walk-in tiled shower, and guest room has 4 twin size beds with adjoining full bath. The Pool / back yard area has a beautiful garden and large area for grilling with plenty of patio furniture and sun loungers. Relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the fire work display from patios every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Free island shuttle service is available year round.

An awesome, comfotable, cozy and relaxing stay

I recently stayed at La Ventura during my visit to South Padre Island and what a stupendous place. This place was already set with all the emenities and great views. The short walk down the street to the beach access was also very convenient. The beach is so close you can hear the sound of the ocean. There were plenty of resteraunts and stores within walking distance and a few beach side bar and grills that are also just a short walk away. I cannot wait to be able to take another trip back to South Padre Island as soon as i possibly can. La Aventura was such a comfortable stay.

Our stay at La Aventura was great!! The house is equipt with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Beds are very comfortable and the large open living room allows for family time. The pool area is very private and the house is walking distance from the beach. Overall, we had an amazing time and would come back anytime.

GREAT, GREAT Get Away!!

This condo is in a GREAT location! Just a block from the beach. That was a huge plus for us. The unit itself was equipped with all that we needed. It felt like we were at home. The beds were nice and comfortable and there were enough towels available in each bathroom for us to use. The unit was very clean. That's very important to us. There is a swimming pool on the property that was very welcoming and clean. The grounds were well maintained and it was wonderful having our own parking spot. And the view! What a view! The patio is angled towards the beach. Watching the sunrise was AMAZING! We can't wait to stay there again. I would recommend this property to family and friends who wish to visit SPI.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The listing was to a tee and well maintained. Lulu was excellent. She provided superb customer service.
We would recommend and hopefully will be back again. South Padre is great and This duplex just made it even better!
The beach was just a short walk away. The only thing that would have made it better was a wagon to carry everything and the kiddos!! Other than that, no complaints.
Come check it out and relax by the pool and then head to the beach! Home away from home.

Amazing Place

Wow!!!!! This place is amazing. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Fantastic pool area with covered area for BBQ. The kids and I walked to the beach and had a great time playing in the sun. Lulu was easy to work with. Can't wait for my next vacation. We will be back.
