Only 1 block to beach access and 6 blocks north to Carlsbad Village where the transit station is located. It is the perfect place to enjoy all the activities that Southern California has to offer. Plenty of sun and fun!

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home with a 2 car garage comes completely furnished and upgraded. Enjoy a full kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances that include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, and gas cook top. It is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware, and a coffee maker. Whether you enjoy cooking or just coordinating light family meals, this kitchen is more than enough to meet your needs. The kitchen and dining area will be your favorite place to plan the day while eating breakfast with the family.

After a long day out exploring the lagoon or The Village, playing at the beach, or experiencing LEGOLAND, you can kick back and relax in the living room with the family to discuss the days activities. Grab a family favorite TV show or just catch up with the news on your 40" TV including cable. Order dinner from one of the fabulous restaurants in the area or pick up something to put on the grill. Play a game around the dining room table before heading off to bed.

Staying in for the day? Or do you have to do a bit of work while you are here? We have you covered with a small office space upstairs and WiFi through the whole house and a roof top viewing deck where you can work on that tan and read a good book. No one really likes to do laundry, but when it is necessary, this place has a full size washer and dryer, complete with iron and ironing board.

Description not accurate and fees change

Our first concern was that after we booked and paid for our week in July the fee was reduced considerably for August. I asked to get a refund or move to August and was refused. Next, we thought we rented a private single home with a yard but instead there are two units with a shared driveway and no yard. This is misrepresented in the description and the photograph. When we arrived the 40" TV described was becoming dark and the right side of the picture was gone. We let them know but nothing was done. Next, the Jacuzzi tub leaked downstairs into the kitchen which we reported and were told not to use. Last, the barbecue was unusable and was in front of the house with no privacy from the street. Despite the problems, we enjoyed our week but did not like the fact that the month of August was reduced after we booked and we were not allowed to change or get a refund of the additional amount we paid and the TV was going out.

Owner's Response: We are always listening when our guests have a concern and do everything we can to make the property clean and care free living for their time here. But the above review needs to have some additional facts added so our future guests can make an educated decision.

1. This guest reserved this property the last week of May, and the day after asked if this was a house or condo. We explained this is a house, but there are 2 houses on the lot with a shared driveway. No response from the guest.
2. Last week of June, in order to fill the August calendar we reduced the rates for all August bookings.
3. Guest contacts us 1 week before their arrival and demands a refund so they would get the discounted August rate or they wanted to move their trip to August.
4. Guest Informs us that if we don't give into their demands they would leave a bad review (before even arriving). We refused to refund their stay starting in 1 week as we could not fill their space in that time.
5. The pictures are accurate and we do not advertise a yard.
6. There is a patio in the front of the house where the BBQ is located.
7. The TV did have picture quality issues and has been replaced with a 50" TV
8. The jetted tub is not advertised and it was understood to be disabled. It makes a great soaking tub though.
