In-law apartment. Bedroom has a double bed that sleeps two. Living room has a full pull out bed from the leather sleeper couch (it says futon because sleeper couch was not an option). Kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer combo in apartment. Discounts for long term. For weekly and monthly rentals a cleaning fee will be applied. Guests have use of the inground pool in the summer months.

Once again Susan’s place did not disappoint. I previously stayed in her home, renting one of her bedrooms while I waited for the apartment to come available. To say I love this apartment is an understatement! I REALLY LOVE THIS APARTMENT!!!!! To have my own space was a plus, it is fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. Sue truly is a wonderful hostess and accommodating. The location was perfect for me to get to/from the hospital I worked at. The apartment is comfortable, clean, lovely atmosphere and just simply my home away from home. I know that if I needed anything, Sue was available. I will definitely be staying here in the future. Sue deserves a hundred star rating. She has made my travel assignment to Massachusetts a wonderful and positive experience!
