About this property

Welcome to your vacation sanctuary! Our property is located in a safe and gated community 10 minutes east of Cabo San Lucas. From the home you can easily walk to the sea of cortez where a secluded and swimmable beach awaits you. The snorkling is also amazing at our beach. The pool is not heated but with the sun heating the pool the water is inviting and refreshing. We do have laundry service in our second property next door if needed. No one will ever be in the second home while you are enjoying your peace. We understand the need for privacy! There are no neighbors on 3 sides making the experience exceptionally serene. The Cabo Bello community is quiet and clean and inviting. There is a brand new food store (FRESKO) across the street from Cabo Bello. The store has everything you could ever need including a fun cafe! We have left a welcome packet for you on the table and once booked, we will also email you a copy so that you can see all of the locations near your vacation home. Enjoy!

Great Stay

We stayed a week at this property. We had a great time. Communication with property owner was quick and she was very accommodating. The property was absolutely beautiful and private. I would definitely stay there again and again.

Convenient/Cozy

Visited Cabo to do some film work and was looking for a place that was close to Cabo San Lucas as well as the general amenities of grocery, laundry, and transportation. Normally, we stay at a resort as we make this trip on an annual basis as we have various business investments. However, we figured we'd try a house this time. It worked out well for the vast majority of our needs. The property is interesting as it's more of a two bedroom guest house attached to a main house lot with a pool dividing the two. The property owner advised that the main house is unoccupied during rental periods and we found this to be true. Navigating the neighborhood is fairly straightforward after the first time. There are some serious speed bumps but go slow and you'll mostly be fine. All in, the place is a great place to stay if you're a in a group of 4 or less. Closing statements aren't inhibiting reflections of the property but the bedroom door to the right upon entering the home does not close. As it aligns immediately to the entryway, there was a regular privacy issue. This is a simple fix. Lastly, I was contacted by the property owner regarding damage to what appears to be a corner of a mirror. My party insists that this is not something that was caused by them. However, I have been asked to reimburse the owner for a replacement. I'm conflicted as I can't verify that we did or did not do any damage as it's one word against another.

Best vacation experience

We had such a lovely time in Cabo Bello. Close to everything we needed yet far enough away from the crowds. The host was so helpful and responsive and made our stay pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here.. Beautiful home with walking distance to a private beach.
