The whole house plus the private fenced back yard are yours to enjoy. There is no access to the garage as it is being used by the cleaning staff to store needed supplies. Four cars fit in the parking lot.

Both TV's in the house have complimentary Netflix.

Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Any indication that smoking has taken place will automatically incur an additional $600 cleaning fee.

Smoking is allowed anywhere outdoors, making sure to dispose of all ash and cigarette ends properly.

I have a Ring Doorbell Camera monitoring the front door and parking area. There are also 2 cameras monitoring the back of the property where the trash bins are located. No cameras are monitoring guest areas.
