KCP #26 is one of the most requested units at Key Colony Point because of its most stunning feature, which is a 600 sqft wrap-around balcony and windows that offer 180° views from the south, west, and to north. During the winter you can watch the sunrise from one end and the sunset from the other.
The 1805 sqft unit is open and airy with tile throughout. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on a single level. Both the primary suite and guest suite have ocean views, as well as the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The master bath was remodeled in 2023. The breakfast bar is a great place to WFH while using the high-speed wireless internet.
Key Colony Point is an exclusive, private oceanfront condominium complex with 31 units on over 3 acres. Reflective of its name, Key Colony Point is on a point with both southern and western shorelines. All vacation renters enjoy use of the landscaped grounds which include an oceanfront pool and hot tub, fishing pier, small swimming beach, sports court and two areas for grilling.
KCP #26 is on the 2nd floor of an elevated mid-rise building. Access is via the elevator or stairs. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of towels, bed linens, pots & pans, etc. Reserved parking for one vehicle in the covered garage.
All of our vacation rentals are privately owned and are rented through our dedicated onsite vacation rental office. Our vacation rental offerings include 3 bedroom/3 bath multilevel townhouses or 2 bedroom/2.5 bath single level condos in an elevator building. Amenities are reserved for owners and guests staying on the property. All of our units come fully stocked with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, etc, and full kitchens. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday, all units have a max occupancy of 4-6 people depending on the unit. We do not allow pets.
