Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Any smoking must occur at least 25 ft from the property. If this house rule is broken, there will be a $1000 fee.

The Mountainside Cottage doesn't have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home! No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space/neighbors.
