The space
This single-level home is perfect for families traveling to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is inside the Storey Lake Resort Community, and guests will have access to the community amenities nearby like the clubhouse and pool, kids' playground, a gym with modern equipment, and a business center.

- A BREAKFAST BAR at the kitchen counter with 3 bar stool seats for extra seating at meal time.

- An enclosed BACK PATIO perfect for relaxing and keeping an eye on the kids playing in the spacious backyard.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.
Other things to note
**IMPORTANT NOTE: This property DOES NOT have access to Storey Lake Resort's Hideaway Club amenities like the waterpark, lazy river, mini golf, etc.
But you WILL, however, HAVE ACCESS to the clubhouse near the home, with a pool, sun loungers, a gym, a kids' playground and a business center.

Sanitized bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay. Please note if the bed linens or towels are cut or tarnished in any way, there will be a $15 charge for each damaged item.

We do provide a few other essentials to make you feel at home when you arrive, like trash bags in the trash cans, some paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items, however, are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to buy more.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator between guests, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. If any party or event is discovered, guests will be evicted without a refund and will also incur a $500 penalty charge.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. For Service Animals, you will need to advise in advance, and a pet fee will apply.
