**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***It is necessary to pay a deposit in the amount of R$900.00. It must be made via bank transfer within a period of up to 7 days after the reservation and the return will be made within a period of up to 5 working days after check-out;

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
