With 4,000 sq ft of living space this unit is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Our presidential suite features a 3,000 sq ft terrace that overlooks the ocean, truly a one of a kind rental here in Nassau! It features a newly renovated and open concept kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area and a stunning balcony with views of the ocean. The unit features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. All SmartTVs are equipped with streaming services for you to enjoy during your stay. We also have a pull-out sofa that converts into a queen bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests. 2 single cots are also available, allowing you to sleep up to 10 people total.

During your stay you will have full access to Winnie, she has been working with our family for the past 15 years, she will be a great help for you during your stay. Working along side Winnie, we have the lovely Eureka. They will greet you upon arrival, turn over the keys to you, do a walk through with you, show you the property and the grounds. The girls are able to run errands and groceries for you during your stay. Guests will cover the cost of groceries/liquor + a $50 service fee for pick up and delivery.

You can either walk along the beach to access Baha Mar in just 30 seconds or you can opt for the beautiful scenic lit up path walk to Baha Mar which takes about 3 minutes!

We have a reserved parking available, if you have a rental car Winnie will show you where to park.
