Our charming house is ideal for a minimum 30-day stay and offers all the necessities for living and working, pet-friendly vibes, and convenient trail access.
THE SPACE:
Experience thoughtful design in our compact yet efficient tiny home. This well-appointed space includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a versatile workspace complete with a computer screen/TV, a sectional couch that transforms into a double bed, a cozy queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.
Step outside to discover an open porch perfect for soaking up the sun, a secluded covered porch offering a private retreat, and easy access to a shared fire pit. The adventure begins right outside your door with a trailhead just steps away.
VIEWS:
The views from our tiny home are a true Moab masterpiece, creating an unforgettable backdrop for your stay. Every window is Instagram worthy: the portal to the west, the La Sals to the east and the epic rim to the South.
TRAIL ACCESS:
Explore some of our favorite Moab trails just steps away from your front door. Whether you're into hiking, mountain biking, or leisurely strolls, our location provides easy access to the great outdoors.
PARKING & BIKE STORAGE:
Conveniently park your vehicle in our dedicated parking space. Easy access means you can explore Moab and its surroundings at your own pace. Bring your bikes and hit the trails! We offer three wall mounted, covered bike racks to keep your gear safe and ready for your next ride.
LOCATION:
Our tiny home is easily bikeable to Moab's downtown attractions while providing a peaceful retreat, away from the sound of UTVs in the city center. We are 2.7 miles from Center Street & Main. Experience the best of both worlds!
PET FRIENDLY:
We believe that pets are family too! One to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee and agreement. However, to maintain the quality of our home, we kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and you pick up after them around the property.
BOOKING:
Due to local regulations, we require a minimum 30-day stay. A separate lease ensuring this requirement is upheld will be required. Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate short stays between longer reservations, as it would result in non-compliance with local codes. Regrettably, no exceptions can be made to this rule. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
