About this space
Welcome to the EcoFriendly A-Frame in Hildale, Utah. This extraordinary 144 sq ft. A-frame cabin is conveniently located 50 min from Zion NP & 2 hours from Bryce Canyon NP.

Its unique feature window wall opens up to bring in stunning views of the south side of the Zion Mountains. In addition to the private bathroom located next to the cabin, guests will have their own observation deck, grilling station & fire pit. So grab a travel buddy & come explore Southern Utah!
The space
Our 12ft x 12ft A-frame has one large studio space with a king-sized bed. Located in Hildale, this cabin has overhead lighting & outlets for charging. The private, full sized bathroom is located in a separate building next to the cabin. One side of the cabin has a convertible window wall that can open and extend out to your private observation deck, an amazing way to soak in the red-canyon views! The deck doubles as dining and cooking areas with a table for two, a barbecue grill, and a sun umbrella. Just a few steps from the deck and cabin is a firepit that guests can use to provide warmth when it becomes too chilly for comfort. Just behind the cabin is the restroom.

Studio Space:
- King sized bed
- Bedding linens

Observation Deck:
The observation deck speaks for itself, overlooking the south Zion mountain range in all its glory. The breathtaking view of our local El Capitan mountains is our guest's favorite part about their stay in our eco-friendly cabin. The deck is equipped with a dining and cooking area with a table for two and a barbecue grill, with the following offerings:

- Propane Grill (propane provided)
- Insulated cooler
- Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Aluminum Foil
- Grill tongs, grill brush, grill spatula, 1 small pot, 1 small pan
- Eating Utensils for 2: plates, cups, bowls, silverware, steak knives, wine cups
- Misc.: wine/cap opener, 1 cutting knife, 1 cutting board
- Fire-pit w/ 1 bundle of firewood.

The Bathroom:
The bathroom has a fully functioning toilet & shower and a propane heated shower. We stock the bathroom with:

- 2 Bath Towels
- 1 Hand Towel
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Body Wash
- Handsoap

Since it is located in a separate building next to the cabin, we recommend packing slippers/a bathroom caddy to make it easy to go back and forth.

Fire Pit:
Just a few steps from the deck and cabin is a firepit for guests to share smores under the stars. Note, we provide one stack of firewood. Firewood for purchase is located at Bee's Marketplace, 7 minutes away. Gathering of firewood on site is prohibited.

Note: there are 4 other cabins spaced apart on this property. They're spaced strategically to give you ample privacy, about 10-15 yards apart from each other amongst the trees. Please see the aerial photo in the listing to get a view of the full site.
Guest access
🏜 The EcoFriendly A-Frame is located on a 2 acre cabin site with 5 units total. Each unit has a private bathroom, deck, fire pit, etc. There are no shared spaces.

🏜 There is a rural neighborhood to the west of the cabin and undisturbed public lands - ideal for walking and exploration - to the north. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATV's from time to time.

🏜 The land surrounding the canyons is BLM land and open for public use. Feel free to hike directly from our site into the surrounding canyons.
Other things to note
Check-In: 3PM MST, Check Out: 10AM MST

While you have the luxury of a personal bathroom and king size bed, please note you are in the high desert and that this experience is still similar to camping. You may experience high winds. In the summer there can be very high temperature weather and in the winter there can be very low temperatures, please pack accordingly as this will have a large impact on your stay. There will be sand, bugs, squirrels, and possibly snakes that you may encounter. While this is not common, it is still a possibility.

Food Storage: insulated cooler.

Pet Policy:
Pets are happily allowed at the Angels Landing A-Frame for a flat $25 fee, to be paid at time of booking. If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed:

1. Please inform me in your message if you are bringing a pet. I am happy to host you and your pet, but would greatly appreciate a heads up.
2. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, specifically the bed. By booking this cabin, you are agreeing to pay a $25 pet fee.
3. Please clean up after your pet. If excessive damage is incurred during your stay, we will charge you for additional cleaning/repair fees.

If you are planning on streaming videos, we recommend bringing a hotspot. Cell phone service is reliable however we do not provide Wifi. Free wifi is available at the coffee shop and lounge area on the 2nd floor of Bee's Marketplace, making it a great place to get work done if needed.
