This 43m2 one-bedroom flat is located in the 15th district, very close to the Montparnasse Tower. Situated on the 6th floor, easily accessible by an elevator, there is plenty of natural light. The warm beige and brown tones in each room bring a uniform and homogenous feel throughout the entire apartment. The open floorplan with the kitchen, dining, and living area maximizes space, making it feel light and airy. There is a separate toilet with a washer/dryer combo inside. Pasteur is a lovely neighborhood. It borders between the 6th and 14th districts of Paris. Within walking distance, some of the main attractions are Luxembourg Gardens, Montparnasse Tower, Montparnasse cemetery, Cartier Foundation, and the Catacombs just to name a few.
