About this property

It is a very nice and clean place . The building is surrounded by petroleum companies so there is 24/7 security there are a lot of foreigners in the building it has a big roof space for you and your visitors to enjoy. it’s newly furnished all from ikea it has 2 separate rooms and living room with an open kitchen. The rooftop space is facing the street and has a nice chilled breeze in the evening. Please keep in mind there’s no elevator.
The space
The area by itself is unique since it's green and quiet in the evenings. Next to 9th street where u have all the outdorsy, artsy cafes and night scene. the main benefit of the place is the rooftop, perfect to bring out some sandbags and sit and chill over a tea or shisha .
