Hideaway Villa is a BRAND NEW stunning 4-bedroom BEACHFRONT home located right on the pristine Three Sisters Beach! Our luxurious villa with outdoor living is the ideal private getaway providing a picture perfect location with all the amenities. Hideaway Villa boasts a unique blend of modern amenities and tropical charm, creating the perfect island getaway for you and your family or friends.

As you enter the property, you'll be greeted by an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provide breathtaking ocean views and allow natural light to flow into the space.

The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has a gorgeous wooden dining table that can comfortably seat eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Monogram appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The two well appointed master suites feature a king-size bed, a closet, and glass doors that open onto a private balcony overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The other two bedrooms have two queen-size beds each with walk in closets.

Outside, you'll find a resort - style pool area and a dining table for al fresco meals, as well as a gas grill. The pool offers two lounge chairs on the sun shelf as well as 4 moveable barstools for in-pool. These are perfect for enjoying a cold drink overlooking the infinity edge. Just a few steps away, you'll have direct access to the pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters of Three Sisters Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Exuma. There are custom beach chairs as well as a stand up paddleboard. The villa also has a private swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the island.

Other amenities include air conditioning throughout the villa, a washer and dryer, and the best fiber optic high-speed internet available on the island. As well as a whole house generator for any power outages that might happen.

Luxurious Beachfront Property

I stayed with my husband and another couple, however it had two other bedrooms with 4 more beds so this place can accommodate plenty more people. Location was great, only 7 minutes from the airport and easy to get to. Each couple had their own master bedroom, loved the view from my room with access to my own patio and sliding glass door to go out to the fabulous pool area that faced the ocean. The sound of the waves were mesmerizing and peaceful. The water is the most beautiful color of clear turquoise I have ever seen. The place is well thought out, we had a luxuries of all the latest and greatest amenities, also if you like to cook the kitchen has everything you would need for cooking and entertaining. The beachfront property is in my opinion is one of the prettiest in Exuma and the view of the ocean is truly breathtaking. The host Erica was very responsive and quick to answer if I had any questions and very helpful recommending places to go, dine and very personable.. Highly recommend Hideaway Villa, every thing was well thought out and beautifully decorated. We are already planning our next trip there.

Exquisite property.

An unforgettable family vacation in Paradise. We had the pleasure of staying at the stunning beachfront luxury property in Exuma and it exceeded all expectations. The views are breathtaking. The water is unbelievable. We loved having the beach right outside our doorstep. We enjoyed the private pool and lounge area and the hot tub. The location couldn’t be better. The House was very responsive and helped us in planning. We can’t wait to return.

What an incredibly gorgeous property!

What a gorgeous property. We enjoyed the spacious home. The beach was amazing! The house has every amenity you can think of. Our stay at this beachfront property in Exuma was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the stunning views of the turquoise waters and pristine white sand beaches. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to return. We highly recommend Hideaway Villa!

Stunning villa in paradise

We’re repeat visitors to Exuma and Hideaway Villa is our favorite property we've stayed in. It's open, spacious, beautifully decorated, and so well appointed - it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable vacation. Stunning views of the pristine turquoise waters greet you when unlocking the door and from every corner! There's not a single thing we could find fault in. The symmetric floor plan with two primaries and ensuites in every room kept everyone comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed and more - blender, multiple coffee machines etc. There isn't a single detail that's overlooked - bags for grocery runs, beach bags, chairs and umbrellas for beach days. But the absolute showstopper is the outdoor space. Plenty of space for our family of 8 (including 2 kids) to relax and spread out. The teak furniture is beautiful and super comfortable, the infinity pool refreshing and the perfect size. Loved having the hot tub, the outdoor Bluetooth speakers, huge pergola for shade, lots of floaties and pool toys. The night lighting on the decking and pool is a total vibe. With a steady island breeze, there were no mosquitos or bugs. 2km of pristine, mostly private, beach! An added bonus was the Blue Conch restaurant a few minutes walk along the beach. Vibe Exuma is phenomenal for private chef services. A boat ride to explore the sand bars and visit the turtles is a must. Thanks for the hospitality Erica! Can't wait to be back!
