Feet Away From Slopes Cozy Snow Summit Cabin

Only steps away from the best snowboarding location in all of Big Bear. This complex shares property lines with Snow Summit Ski Resort. Go mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter. This modern and freshly furnished Snow Summit Townhouse is the perfect option for any group during any season.

The entire house is yours! This is a very nice, comfortable cabin with a great location. The condo includes 2 bed rooms 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, and balcony. The condo is suitable for up to 6 guests looking for memorable mountain adventures. You will not find a more comfortable cabin nestled in the trees and right next to Snow Summit Ski Resort! Please respect our home and leave it as beautiful when you leave as when you arrive. We all want to enjoy the cabin and when the cabin is left a mess, others are not able to enjoy it as you have.

You will have full access to everything the cabin has to offer. Guests have access to a community pool, and rec room which includes a pool table and board games for families! We provide pots, pans, cooking utensils, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, soap and “the basics”. We do not provide the following items: coffee, coffee filters, and seasonings.

I am 100% available to my guests! Please feel free to call or text me anytime during your stay. I will be available to answer any questions you may have. I take pride in providing excellent service to all of my guest. It is very important to me that you have the best experience and most memorable stay imaginable.

Only steps away from the best Snowboarding location in all the big bear. This complex shares property lines with Snow Summit ski resort. Go mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

It's easiest to get around by car, but Big Bear does offer MARTA bus and weekend trolley service, with nearest stops along Moonridge Dr. Taxi and Uber services are very limited.

*Make sure to stay up-to-date on weather conditions as they will impact your drive to/from the mountain. Chains will be required during winter and when snowy conditions are present.
*Please note the maximum number of cars we can accommodate is two.
*We have several full time neighbors living around our home. Please be respectful and do not make excessive noise or play loud music. Thank you for your respected stay!
* Due to the time and care to make the house ready for the next set of guests, late check outs are not available.
* Please make sure to read and follow the house rules.

House Rules
1. Pets are welcomed as long as they are house trained/potty trained and cannot be left at the property unattended. Also, there is a $35 pet fee.
2. The cabin is in the woods with critters, stairs, and weather. By booking this unit, you accept all responsibility and liability for keeping you, your guests, and your children safe.
3. There is NO smoking IN the home. (You can outside but please remove cigarette butts). If you do choose to smoke inside or if the house smells of smoke from outside smoking, there will be a $500 charge for odor removal services.
4. Stairs leading to the house are NOT handicap accessible!
5. No parties at the house or guests outside of those who have registered as guests. This rule is strictly enforced and your deposit will be forfeit for any violations of this rule.
6. Please do not move the furniture.
7. Please report any damage.
8. If you use the appliances or cookware, please clean them before putting them away.
9. Please keep any outside noise to manageable levels - respecting the neighbor’s privacy and right to sleep. Please no outside noise after 10 at night.
10. Please do not leave the doors open with the heat running.
11. Please remove trash. If not removed a $25 fee will be charged.
12. Check in - 3pm; Check-out 11am
13. Maximum of 2 cars.
14. Primary renter/guest must be 21 years of age or older. Primary renter/guest is defined as the person reserving and paying for the security deposit/ rental fees and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during their stay.
15. You, the guest, is financially responsible for any damage done to the home during your stay. If you notice any damage or anything out of the ordinary, please contact us within 1 hour of your arrival.
16. Please note that there is WiFi but due to the area it can be spotty.
*Our housekeeper often has limited time to clean the house for the next guests. You will be provided with a check out list. Your help with the following items at checkout is greatly appreciated.

Check Out List
1. Please wash and put away all dishes that were used.
2. All trash must be bagged and placed in the appropriate community garbage area located in front parking lot.
3. Wipe out and empty the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets of all items you brought to the home.
4. Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind in the vacation rental home.
5. Please do a final walk through to check that doors, windows, are closed and locked. Please make sure that all lights/fans are off.
6. Remember your checkout time is 11am. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive shortly after your departure to prepare for our next set of guests.
7. When leaving, please lock door.
