CONDO:
Breathtaking 18th floor Gulf views are the best feature of this condo. The Gulf view is visible from the master bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and of course the balcony! We enjoy the views from inside and outside of the condo. Late nights on the balcony with family and friends, feeling the Gulf breezes and listening to the sounds of the Gulf make cherished vacation memories for years to come!

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS:
Condo sleeps 8. Two bedrooms each with king size bed, One bunk room with 2 twin beds, and full-size sofa bed in the living room. 2 full bathrooms, 1 with oversized tub & separate shower & the other with tub shower combination.

BALCONY:
Table and Chairs for 4.
2 lounge chairs.
1 bench, which seats 2 to 3.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen, with dishes, silverware, pots and pans.

THE RESORT:
The Laketown Wharf resort is busiest during high seasons in the Spring & Summer, likely due it’s proximity to the beautiful white sand, Caribbean-like blue turquoise waters of the Gulf shore beaches; having 5 swimming pools, including a kiddie pool; 2 hot tubs; on site pizza, sandwich, seafood, & taco restaurants, and an ice cream shoppe. Pineapple Willy’s, in walking distance across the street, offers great food & discounted drinks if you buy a souvenir cup! Pier Park is just 5 miles away!
