The Space:
Villa 2 of the Las Luces Village is a 2 bedroom escape from the world. Experience a well-equipped space, featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas burning fireplace, microwave, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The two bedrooms offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and flexibility, we provide a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2nd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by a stunning valley views.

Guest Access:
Excluding 1 cabinet or closet, guests have full access to their entire villa and shared firepit.

Other Things to Note:
Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and EV charger. Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A period of quiet hours is enforced and spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The grill and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. No glass is allowed at the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and charcoal or wood pellets for the wood pellet grill. Please maintain cleanliness and exhibit courtesy towards fellow facility users.
