Relax in this 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse in the sought-after community of Ocean View Beach Club.
Enjoy this amenity rich community only 2 miles from the beach.

This home offers a spacious kitchen and living room area for everyone to gather. There is access off the kitchen to the patio with grill and outside sitting area.
Upstairs has a primary bedroom with TV and large en suite. The second bedroom has two full beds and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom having a queen bed.
The loft upstairs provides a second lounge area with TV or can be used as an additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa.

With PURCHASED AMENITY PASSES, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, fitness center seasonally run shuttle to Bethany Beach, multi sport court, sauna and walking trails.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Amenity passes will be $35 per person for the 2024 summer season starting Memorial Day (subject to change by the Community and not all amenities may be available per Community's discretion)
