The Space:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by stunning 20 ft floor-to-ceiling windows and picture windows that frame breathtaking views of the lush mature forest. Two large living spaces, one on each level, provide separate spaces for gathering. Watch TV on the high definition projector or explore the vinyl collection while sipping on a martini w/ the fully equipped bar. The upstairs living room brings the outside in with floor-to-ceiling windows and the sounds of the rushing waterfall just outside the door. Light a fire and take it all in.

The open-concept chef's kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, complete with a five-burner gas range and all the essentials needed to prepare memorable meals with friends and family. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except for a locked owner's closet, supply room and machine/laundry room.

Getting Around:
The Catskills Waterfall House is conveniently located just a short drive from Hunter and Tannersville, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and cultural events throughout the year. There is limited public transportation and car services near the house so we strongly recommend bringing or renting a car. We strongly recommend a 4X4 for the winter months for potentially slick and snowy roads.

Other Things to Note:
- The Catskills Waterfall House features ample living spaces over two light-filled floors.
- There are four large bedrooms - two on each floor - including three king-size beds and a queen-size bed with office.
- There are two spacious bathrooms, one with an oversized walk-in shower and the other with an oversized jetted spa tub overlooking the forest and creek below.
- NOTE: Going to the waterfall and swimming in the creek is at guests own risk. Owners will not be held liable. Please use caution near any body of water on or near the property.
- Wildlife in the Catskills - we are situated in the middle of the most beautiful areas of the Catskills and nature abounds! You will likely see wildlife during your stay. You may see deer, turkeys, groundhogs, foxes, etc. Please note that we are in bear country. It is very important to discard of all garbage in the secure bear-proof bin (warmer months) or garbage can (winter).
- All bbq and food items should be brought inside and the bbq scraped clean after use to avoid having unwanted visitors. Bears are generally very timid but they make a terrible mess! The house is regularly treated for pests but being that we are in the country, it would not be unusual to have an insect or mouse make an appearance inside.
