Welcome to 1729 Fiddlers Cove! This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath town-home with modern upgrades is nestled in a serene coastal setting with dock access, community pool, and breathtaking views of the marsh, Horseshoe Creek and Bohicket River.

Entering the home, you'll discover modern decor with a coastal southern flair, hardwood floors and tons of natural light. The open floor-plan of the main living space and kitchen provides an ideal spot for entertaining. The fully-equipped renovated kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space and cabinet storage. Perhaps the most special spot is the screened porch, located just off the living room. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the scenic views and island breezes or evening dinners with family and friends at the outdoor dining table.

There is one bedroom on the first level of the home which features a queen bed and a semi-private bath (sharing door access with the hallway). Upstairs, you'll find a second bedroom with two twin beds and a private bathroom as well as a third bedroom, which is the primary suite. This room has a king bed, a private top-floor porch, and a private bathroom with large closet, expansive shower and heated tile floors.

For those looking to get outside, there is a nearby neighborhood pool and the community dock offers easy access to fishing, kayaking, and crabbing adventures. The home is within walking distance to the Equestrian Center and the fitness center, library and indoor heated pool at the island Lake House. The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
