The space:
Enjoy seamless living in this renovated walk-up apartment featuring direct access, a dining table, covered patio, and in-unit laundry.

The space comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each room plus flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseats are not recommend as sleeping areas due to their compact size.

Location:
- Walking distance: multiple parks, The 606 elevated trail, convenience stores, grocery store, brunch cafes, BYOB sushi, live music venues, theater, comedy club, bookstore, beercade, and much more (just ask!)
- Driving: 2min. from I-90 and 15min. from The Loop

Parking:
- Free street parking is often available on surrounding streets like Paulina St and Wood St
- Additional street parking is available directly outside the building on Pierce Ave but requires a city sticker, plus a designation for zone #154 added to the sticker. City sticker costs $95/year for standard passenger vehicles and adding a zone number costs $25/year
- We will generate a rental lease for you to use in your application. The sticker will be mailed to the building and typically arrives in 1-2 weeks. More info is available by searching online for "Chicago city vehicle sticker"
- Daily parking stickers can be used in place of the annual permit. They are stocked in the supply closet and I can buy more with 1-2 weeks' notice

Early check-in:
- Enjoy free early check-in for booking direct on flexhome.com
- Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
1. Agree to our House Rules
2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner
3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses
2. No smoking ($150 fee)
3. Quiet time after 10pm
4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others
5. $40 charge for unreturned keys

Non-refundable fees: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees of 3% of the total transaction cost
