Our newly re-modeled 3BR/2BA home is perfect for any group, whether on a family vacation, a reunion, a romantic get-away, or traveling with colleagues. You walk in the front door to the Living Room, which has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, cable, Apple TV with complementary Netflix and a DVD player. The living room connects to the kitchen, the perfect space for entertaining friends and family. The kitchen is complete with all new appliances, including a wine fridge. From the kitchen you will enjoy views of our spacious backyard and pool area. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway from the living room and share a full bathroom. The front bedroom has a superior queen-size bed, flat screen TV and views of the front yard. The back bedroom also has a queen-size bed. Our expansive master bedroom is located past the kitchen and has a deluxe king-size bed, large flat screen TV, fire place, en suite bathroom and views of the pool. All our bedrooms come with cable TV. The master bathroom has direct access to the backyard, making it easy for you to come in the side door and rinse off in the shower after a dip in the pool. The luxurious backyard has a covered patio with dining table, beautiful pool, and outdoor kitchen area complete with gas grill, mini fridge and sink. Additionally, the house comes with children's plates/cups and pack-and-play with sheets to make it easy for groups traveling with small children.

Our prime location, on the west side of downtown Austin next to West 6th Street, is near the heart of Austin's acclaimed outdoor activities and nightlife, yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail providing easy access to Zilker Park or Auditorium shores. You can also Rent a stand-up paddleboard or kayak nearby to explore the lake. Plus, you are minutes from Deep Eddy pool! The house is an easy five-minute walk to West Lynn, home to some of the best restaurants in town such as Jeffrey's Steak House, Cipollina West Austin Bistro, Galaxy Cafe, and Caffé Medici. On West Lynn there is also a grocery store, vintage shops and bike stores. There is always some festival or live music to enjoy in Austin. STAYED WITH FAMILY MEMBERS(5 ADULTS, 1 TODDLER, 1 INFANT) OVER A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. THE PROPERTY WAS EASY TO FIND, THE ACCOMMODATIONS WERE QUITE NICE. MY FAMILY AND I ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE FULL KITCHEN. OUR ONLY ISSUE WAS THE LACK OF AN INFANT BED BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY SENT SOMEONE OVER WITH A NEW ONE PROMPTLY. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WOULD HAPPILY RENT THERE AGAIN ON A FUTURE VISIT TO AUSTIN.

Perfect Austin Getaway

This was a fantastic vacation rental!

The house is perfectly located for getting around town - quick access to the town lake area, downtown, and South Congress. The surrounding neighborhood is quaint and feels like "old Austin." Also, lots of cute dining options in close driving distance.

The house itself couldn't be cuter, it is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great kitchen and living space for hanging out. The back yard is incredible - lots of great space to just spend time and have a beer. The beds are super comfy - better than my bed at home! ;)

I would definitely love staying at this house in the future

Great for families!

I stayed here with my daughter and grandson for a few nights when we came in town to see an old friend. The size of the house was perfect for us but could also hold more people. There was some construction out front on the highway that was a little loud but you couldn't really hear it once you were inside or outside in the backyard and it looked temporary so not a major concern. We used the pool and the outdoor grill each night we were there and we made s'mores on the patio with the fire pit, which was all very fun for my grandson. They also had a high chair and a little portable crib for him which made life easier for us. We saw some bikes in the storage outside but never used them. The house was clean and well decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We had a little trouble with hot water in the guest bathroom the first day we arrived but the management staff fixed it very quickly and were nice to work with. We mostly stayed at the house although the location was nice to get where ever we needed to go quickly. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great location, great back yard!

We came into town for several days to see friends and have a mini vacation with our 7 month old and this house was exactly what we needed. When we realized it was right on the access road of the busy highway we were a little concerned, but once we were inside it wasn’t noticeable and you didn’t hear it at all outside in the back. We actually ended up spending a lot of our time outside because of the backyard, which was our favorite part about the house We had 8-10 friends over a few nights to BBQ and the outdoor kitchen and pool were great to have. Inside had everything we needed to cook out and entertain and all the appliances look brand new. The whole house looks totally updated and is very modern but also has the feel of an old cozy home. We were able to walk to Deep Eddy Pool with our stroller and my husband ran the trail into the greenbelt to the Lake and Zilker Park in the mornings. Being on the access road made it easy to get where ever we needed to go and took us less than 3 minutes to drive downtown for brunch. The house is in a quant little neighborhood with an old fashioned pharmacy and a few places to eat. We walked to the Galaxy Café for breakfast one morning and we thought the food was good. We would for sure stay here again, this was perfect for the three of us, but I would also do something like a girlfriend getaway here or go with other couples, as there is plenty of space for at least 6-8 adults.

Amazing Location and Amenities

We had an amazing time. The location is perfect to get everywhere in Austin, we easily were able to go downtown and we were within walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping in the West Lynn area. One night we made a simple drive down to South Congress that took five minutes and were able to enjoy the bats. The amenities were fantastic as well, with bikes available to us we rode down to Deep Eddy Pool and Townlake which were very easy to access. The pool at the house is amazing and we were able to grill out one night and entertain some of our Austin friends. The house itself is beautiful and very cozy for us and we had eight total guests. The house had everything we needed and can't wait to be back.
