All 3 adult bedrooms were supplied with new King-size very comfortable mattresses! Can you believe it!? The Master bathroom has a spacious shower. Your children will be thrilled to see their bedroom with their own Roku TV and 2 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well - provided they want to sleep on a twin. The sofa bed with a full mattress in the living room unfolds to act as a sleeper. Extra Sheets and blankets can be found in the Master bedroom closet. There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway. You are more than welcome to occupy any available spot. We are not providing the garage spaces as amenities. Sorry.
The City of Palm Coast is strict about parking in residential areas. No commercial trucks or trailers, RVs, or Boats are allowed. The parking is limited to 4 cars.
If you will park more than 2 cars on the driveway, please park them as a tandem. Don’t park on the lawn or on the street! It’s strict. It’s a violation to park vehicles in the street and it’s a violation to park in the right of way (swale) between the hours of 1 am-6 am.
