The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a large rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized.

One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Reverberating with youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.
There's a variety of restaurants nearby such as Cali-Poke California Seafood House, NABI CAFE, Moon Restaurant and Cafe, Long Teng Seafood Restaurant and more.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
