The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Merano Tower provides direct access to Dubai's business district, with proximity to the Burj area. You can easily stay connected to the city and its attractions, with two metro stations and two major highways.
The property is located in Business Bay, Dubai. Business Bay is one of Dubai's swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone's throw from Dubai's quintessential ‘it' neighbourhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations.
You can find fine dining restaurants in the Oberoi hotel and JW Marriot. Another option is Sushi99 Restaurant and Bar 5 minutes away from the building.
Phantasy Supermarket is 5 minutes away, and supermarket Spinneysor is 10 minutes' drive.
Car and Taxi are the best options to use as it is a centrally located building in a prime location. You can also use Uber or Careem apps to book your rides around the city. However, if you wish to make use of public transportation, the closest metro station is Business Bay (5 minutes).

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
