Zada Tower is situated in a prime location, making it easily accessible to central business districts, shopping centres, entertainment hubs, and transportation options. Its central location ensures convenience and connectivity.
It is conveniently located near several shopping destinations like Bay Avenue, The Dubai Mall, City Walk, Boxpark, Meydan One Mall (under construction), Dubai Design District (d3) and Mall of the Emirates.
You can find fine dining restaurants in BQ - French Kitchen & Bar, Soho Garden, Farzi Café, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and many more.
There’s a W Mart supermarket next to the Park Regis Hotel, 2 min walk on the left-hand side. There is also a pharmacy on the right-hand side - same building.
Car and Taxi are the best options as it is a centrally located building in a prime location.
You can also use Uber or Careem apps to book your rides around the city.
However, the closest metro station is Business Bay (5 minutes) if you wish to use public transportation.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of 10 AED per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
