Fitted with brand-new furniture, the whole space is bright and airy, with breathtaking views that you can see from the place. Designed with an open-plan living room/ bedroom, it is fitted with a comfortable sofa and a TV, so you can enjoy watching your favourite Netflix shows in all comfort. The luxurious queen-sized bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

It also includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up a delicious meal.

The contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials to freshen up, such as a bath and a hairdryer. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This is Dubai's most vibrant and exciting neighbourhood. Here, you'll find world-class attractions like the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Citywalk, as well as luxurious spas like The Oberoi, Dubai. And when it comes to dining and nightlife, Bay Square has you covered, too. Our restaurants and bars include Wingstop (Building 11), Galito's (Building 7) and My Square, one of the city's hottest spots.

From Bay Square Building 7, it takes roughly 11 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 23 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 21 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 27 minutes to The Walk JBR.

You will also find:

Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 29 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 39 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
