Enjoy the condo amenities such as two pools (one heated), hot tub, gym, game room with ping pong table, among others. In some cases, we can accommodate special check-in/ check-out times.

➤ This apartment comes with a Pack n' Play and a high chair (upon previous request).
➤ Sleeping arrangements:
- Master bedroom with a king size bed and ample space to set up a pack 'n play if needed.
- Master bathroom has plenty of space for spreading out and extra closet space.
- Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed with direct access to the balcony.
- Living room has a sectional sofa and one Full Trundle Bed. Yes, no more uncomfortable and small sofa beds, this is a REAL mattress.

➤ Beds are all made up with fresh linens, and plenty of towels are provided.
➤ SmartTV from which you can access your Netflix and YouTube accounts.
➤ Kitchen is fully stocked with staples like sugar, spices, and the like. You are also welcome to help yourself to any food you find that may have been left by previous guests.
You're NOT going to find a bare minimum of kitchen supplies. Our kitchen is well-stocked with all of the regular pots and pans and other implements that a regular lived in kitchen would have.
➤ You will have a hairdryer, and Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap dispenser. As mentioned earlier, there are plenty of towels and washcloths provided.

➤ We provide 10 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
➤Guests will have access to all of the amenities in the building, and to the assigned parking space.
➤Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.

➤ Centrally located near all types of public transportation (even free Trolley), close to major highways and by the desired Brickell Avenue.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1) A picture of the Government ID of the person first checking in is required in advance to register you at the front desk. $52 USD registration fee is included in the cleaning fee.

2) Apartment keys and building fob have a total replacement cost of $80 if lost. Please take care of them since the next guest will be impacted otherwise.
