Why they chose this property

We LOVE this neighborhood because of its easy access to the highway! Only 15 minutes from the Zoo, 20 minutes to the Plaza and 25 minutes from downtown KC. We love walking to our favorite coffee shop/cafe "Housewife," a delicious cake shop "Karen's Kakes," or our favorite clothing boutique that supports a great cause called "Chosen." We also love how safe the neighborhood is with the quiet neighbors and the police station just around the corner!

The decor style is cozy and we've supplied everything you would have in a normal house and more! The large private backyard and the location makes it unique as well.
