Amazing Stay!

This was our 5th time to Punta Mita in the last 7 years, each time staying in different units, and by far and away this was the best place we've rented. First the view is absolutely incredible. You walk in and are greeted by a full 180 degree view of the ocean where you can see the sunrise then you can walk to the other side of the patio and overlook the golf course and watch the sunset! The unit is brand new but very comfortable with plenty of space. The housekeeper, Viri, was an amazing cook and provided us with the best breakfast while Christian, the concierge, was very responsive and helpful. Overall I give this unit a 10 out of 10 and look forward to staying here in the future!!!

Why they chose this property

Two of our properties are in the El Encanto neighborhood as it has the best water views and landscaping in all of Punta MIta. It is centrally located and within easy reach of the golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts and beach clubs. It also comes with its own full sized activity center that has a wonderful fitness center, lap pool and activity space.
