Welcome to the Nease-Bradley property. These two cottages have been hosting family vacations for decades. Now we invite you to come and relax on the shores of Lake Champlain!
This listing includes both cottages - one sleeps 10 and the other 6. Two kitchens, two bathrooms. Plenty of parking.
We are at the end of a private dirt road - your vacation dream!
Our two cottages are side-by-side and at the end of a private road. Booking this listing means you are booking *both* cottages.
Between these two cottages, there are seven bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two kitchens, with the ability to host up to 16 people.
The first cottage ("Nease") has three bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a spiral-staircase accessed loft with four single beds (one upper bunk). Nease Cottage has been enjoyed by AirBnBers for three seasons now after being renovated a few years ago.
The second cottage ("Bradley") has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a loft with two singles accessed by a spiral staircase. Bradley Cottage was completely renovated in 2023 (more pictures to come after we furnish it for the 2024 summer season).
Both cottages have fantastic sunset views of the lake.
You will enjoy the waters of Lake Champlain just yards from each cottage with your own shale-covered beach, a fire ring, hammock, dock, and canoes.
Our cottages are available for week-long use during the summer (Friday to Friday). Partial week bookings available in the spring and Sept-Oct.
Please note due to high demand, we must adhere to the cancellation policy as listed. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own separate travel insurance to cover unexpected interruptions due to travel, weather, death, etc. We cannot refund outside of the listed cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
There is plenty of parking beside each cottage. Please do not park behind the cottages for the protection of our septic field and equipment.
Each cottage has a few stairs to enter the building. Once inside, those with considerations of limited mobility can enjoy first floor living (bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen all on the first floor).
We are at the end of a private road. But we do have neighbors and we like them.
Being the last property on a private road has many perks. Even so, please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise level down, particularly after sunset. You may or may not know that being by the water has a way of carrying noise much further than you might expect! If you have registered with any pets, do not leave them alone at the cottage for any period of time that would result in them barking.
Our neighbors come and go. It's a pretty quiet corner of the lake (if you're lucky, you might catch one of our neighbors playing a song on his bagpipes at sunset).

Our cottages are minutes from St. Alban's Bay and all it has to offer: the St. Alban's Bay park (playground, basketball court, walking paths and more), the Bay Store ice cream stand, and a farmers' market not to be missed late spring through early fall. Just a couple miles further and you're in the heart of St. Alban's City with another farmers' market, plenty of cozy coffee shops and restaurants, summer concerts in the evening, and a small movie theater. If you're looking for even more, Burlington and all it has to offer is 30-40 minutes south. Or, take the hour and a half trek up to Montreal. So much to do!
Be sure to properly enter the correct number of guests who will be present during the stay. All guests must be accounted for appropriately by age before booking. Our cottages cannot accommodate more than sixteen people.
You must also let us know when booking if you are bringing pets and how many. Pets are welcome for the listed fee for the week.
There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One faces the road entrance and will remain on. The other faces the Nease Cottage porch, will be turned off after your check-in and back on at the time of your check-out.
There is no smoking in our cottages.
When you request to book, we'll send additional details for your information and agreement.
Please note that we must adhere to the cancellation policy as listed. You are strongly encouraged to purchase your own separate travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, travel, death, etc.).
