Looking for a thrilling adventure in the great outdoors? Look no further! Located On the Edge of the Ouachita National Forest, this cabin offers breathtaking views and endless opportunities for outdoor activities. Whether you're interested in hiking, fishing, or simply taking in the beauty of nature, this is the property for you. This two-bedroom, two-bath is perfect for a small family getaway or just a couple's weekend in Broken Bow!

Living Room – With a large open concept you will find a large leather couch with seating for 5, an ottoman full of board and card games, two accent chairs, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV.

Kitchen and Dining – The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. With seating at the dining table for 4 and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Downstairs) – Featuring a king-size bed, a nightstand, overhead lamps controlled by switches on the wall, a bench, an accent chair, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. This room features an ensuite bathroom that has a large walk-in shower, a soaker tub in the middle of the room, double vanity sinks, and a private toilet. You will also have direct access to the patio that overlooks the Ouachita National Forest!

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Upstairs) - Featuring a king-size bed, two nightstands, overhead lamps controlled by switches on the wall, a bench, two accent chairs, a gas fireplace, a large smart TV and direct access to your own balcony with seating for 4. The ensuite bathroom will feature a large walk-in shower, two separate vanity sinks, and a private toilet.

Outdoor Living –Out the kitchen side door, you will find a small table with 4 chairs, the stairs going down to your private hot tub, and a fire pit with seating for up to 6. Around the corner on the patio, is a gas fireplace with swivel chairs for 2 and a large TV. There is also outdoor dining for 4 and additional seating for 3 on the sofa. Cornhole is also provided!

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don t forget these items when you come to visit:
Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55 each year).
We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
Coffee and filters enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
