This condo is part of Sanibel in Gulf Shores, a complex that sits right across the road from the beach. On the grounds, enjoy access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, and a sauna. As for the location, it's the ideal blend of peace and proximity, close to all sorts of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beautiful Gulf State Park about three miles up the coast.
Stepping inside, the first thing you'll notice is the light and the view, both streaming in through the rear wall of glass. Step out onto the oversize balcony with a cold drink in hand, or linger indoors in the comfort of central AC.
A number of upgrades have been made in recent years, including new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a new washer/dryer, and new fans and fixtures. Cook and dine with a view, and screen your favorite movies afterwards on TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Each bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, including a primary suite with an upgraded walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
