This 100 year old bungalow has been completely remodeled inside and out. You will enjoy sitting on the inviting front porch and walking around this amazing neighborhood. The neighbors are amazing. This is a very dog friendly neighborhood. You can walk to the bay in under 10 minutes. In less than a 10 minute drive you will be in bustling downtown St. Petersburg, Beach Drive, many restaurants and the Pier. Inside the home you will love the comfort of fine linens, bedding, super comfortable furnishings and a chef’s kitchen. The office is yours to use for work, or it can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The bungalow is flooded with natural light from all the windows. The outside gardens in the back of the home are very private and your very own space.
