This newly renovated house is located in North Tempe/South Scottsdale and is 5 minutes from ASU Campus, 5 minutes to Tempe Marketplace and 11 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. It is fully furnished with a very spacious backyard and a HUGE lawn. It also includes a bar and mini fridge for beverages. Perfect for parents visiting students from out of state of anyone looking to relax for the weekend in the Tempe/Scottsdale area.
