You will have the whole house to yourself, lovely front porch, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, French press, microwave, fridge, vita-mix blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and basic staples.

Perfect location for walking 4th Ave, University of Arizona, downtown and exploring Tucson and So. Az. 7 minute walk brings you to the University of Arizona main campus and the Main Gate area shops and restaurants, home to Cafe Luce and the best coffee in Tucson. 5 minute walk lands you in the hip and happening 4th Avenue district with even more shops and restaurants. The Warehouse Arts District is just one block beyond. If you don't want to walk that much, hop on the trolley at the stop one block from the house or rent a Tugo Bike or drive 15 minutes to a wonderful hike - Yetman House.
