Gulf Pines has that feeling with unspoiled and uncrowded beaches.

This stunning coastal masterpiece is one of Gulf Pines newest luxury residences where you and your whole crew will make memories that will last a lifetime. If you want privacy on the beach with no crowds just stroll down to the private gated beach access. There is a pavilion with a dedicated picnic area at the Gulf Pines access point. Feel like getting a sandwich, burger or cold beer? Just a 5-minute walk to Barefoot’s or Beach House restaurants, both in the Sandestin Resort Area. Gulf Pines neighborhood has the best of both beach worlds. You have a private beach just a 7-10 minute walk through the  neighborhood or a only a short distance away there is plenty of shopping and dining options. The private beach access is gated with key fob entry to maintain the tranquil feeling of this secluded beach.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week.(Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.)

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Please note, For the safety of the owner with severe allergies, this home is a strict no pet, non-pet friendly home, no exceptions.*

*This home rents Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.*

No College/Student groups allowed; All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.

*No weddings or events allowed at this home per HOA rules and regulations*

*Private Beach in Gulf Pines prohibits beach chair rental vendors and beach bonfires.
