Hello, Gerardo here, aka Jerry and I cordially invite you to check out and stay in my pet-friendly, ranch-style private home if you're thinking about visiting beautiful Boise. Let these recent pictures I just took speak for themselves: immaculate cleanliness, elegant hard-wood floors, leather furniture, 65' new tvs, 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, elegant well-stocked kitchen, huge backyard for you to enjoy and your furry family, and so much more. I think you'll like it.
The space
Did I mention this house is close to everything? The Boise Airport, Downtown Boise, The Village at Meridian, the Boise River and Green Belt, Walmart...ALL within 10 to 15 minutes drive. The Boise Mall? Less than 5 minutes away. Boise's own Winco Grocery Store? 3 minutes away or 15 minutes walk.
Guest access
You'll have access to the whole house, plus a new hight quality queen inflatable bed.

You can also park a car in the garage, but the garage is not as neat as the rest of the house, fyi. See pictures. Feel free to use the 2 bicycles in there.

There's a BBQ grill equipped with gas and a table with 4 chairs in the backyard for your use. Not the fanciest - working on it - but they're clean, functional, and get the job done just as good as anything else.

Also, did you notice the guitar in the family room? If you can play, go at it! It's tuned and there's also an electronic tuner, a pick, and capo in one of the drawers in that room.
Other things to note

Pet fee is $25 each per day. Maximum of 2 dogs only, medium size, but if you have more than 2 dogs, let me know and we'll work it out.

Additional persons: $25 each per day.

Absolutely:

No smoking of any kind
No illegal drugs, including marihuana
No pets in furniture or beds
No loud noises as this is a very peaceful, quiet neighborhood
No house parties

Please note that pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with any of these rules could result in - but not limited to - $500 fine and immediate eviction plus additional fees, forfiture of deposits and payments already made

There are 4 cameras in the front of the property for your protection. The reason for 4 cameras is that sometimes 1 or 2 cameras won't pick up anything. 1 camera in the garage facing the door, and 1 camera in the backyard.
